A vibrant and delicious taco salad packed with fresh ingredients and flavors, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and add water as per package instructions. Let it simmer.
  3. Combine the lettuce, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn in a large bowl.
  4. Add the seasoned beef on top of the veggie mix.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese, diced avocado, and salsa over the top.
  6. Serve with crispy tortilla chips on the side.

Notes

Customize your salad with additional toppings like olives, jalapeños, or different types of cheese.
