Delicious Teriyaki Chicken Bowls featuring succulent chicken, fluffy rice, and vibrant vegetables, drizzled with a tangy teriyaki sauce.

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to glaze the chicken.
  3. Steam the broccoli and carrots until tender, usually about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Assemble the bowls by placing cooked rice in each bowl, then top with teriyaki chicken and steamed vegetables.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving warm.

Notes

Feel free to use chicken thighs for richer flavor or tofu for a vegetarian option. Experiment with seasonal vegetables for added texture.
