Turkey Burger Sliders

Delicious and healthy turkey burger sliders, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Serve on slider buns with lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings.

Notes

These sliders can be customized with various toppings and pair well with sweet potato fries or a fresh salad.
