A delightful caramel apple cheesecake featuring a buttery graham cracker crust and creamy filling with spiced apples, topped with caramel sauce.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until lump-free.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until just blended.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon evenly into the batter.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set in the center.
  7. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, mix tart and sweet apples. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
