  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  3. Microwave the cauliflower for 5-7 minutes until cooked, then let it cool.
