Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin, flank, or ribeye)
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to create the chimichurri sauce.
  3. Rub the steak generously with salt and pepper, ensuring it’s well-seasoned.
  4. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.
  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips and serve it with the chimichurri sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

Let your steak rest after grilling to ensure it stays juicy. This dish can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
