These Greek Turkey Meatballs are quick and easy to make, blending tender turkey, savory feta, and fragrant garlic for a delicious meal that transports you to the Mediterranean.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined, ensuring herbs and cheese are evenly distributed.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Sauté the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve with tzatziki sauce or your choice of sauce for dipping.

Notes

Leftover meatballs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
