Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the steak pieces, halved baby potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare large pieces of aluminum foil—about 12 inches long and place a portion of the mixture in the center.
  4. Seal the foil over the mixture, tightly folding the edges.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes until the steak is done and potatoes are tender.
  6. Open the packets carefully, avoiding hot steam.
  7. Garnish each packet with chopped parsley before serving.
