Juicy steak kabobs marinated and grilled with colorful vegetables for a delightful summer meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, allowing it to reach the ideal temperature for cooking.
  2. Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the steak cubes and cut vegetables in the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Assemble the kabobs by threading the marinated steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating meat and veggies.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
  6. Serve hot after allowing the skewers to rest for a few minutes.

Notes

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
