  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the stems and leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil until well coated.
  7. Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
