A comforting casserole dish featuring tender chicken, zesty buffalo sauce, and creamy ranch dressing mixed with pasta and topped with melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and stir until well mixed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with diced green onions before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Cook pasta al dente, as it continues to cook while baking.
