Frozen Yogurt Bites

Refreshing and creamy yogurt bites packed with fruit, perfect for cooling down on hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Fold in the mixed berries gently.
  3. Transfer the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  4. Freeze for at least 180-240 minutes or until solid.
  5. Pop the bites out of the molds and serve immediately or store in a freezer bag.

Notes

Store any leftover bites in a freezer bag for up to 2 months. Let them sit at room temperature for a minute for easy popping out of the molds.
