Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until bubbling.
  3. Add the steak bites in a single layer to the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip each piece over and allow them to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until desired doneness.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter along with the minced garlic.
  6. Stir until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted, coating the steak bites.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
