Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the herb and oil mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
  4. Sear the pork on all sides in a hot skillet, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice the pork tenderloin and serve it warm.

Notes

For best results, let the meat rest before slicing to retain juices. Adding fresh citrus zest can enhance the flavor.
