A refreshing grape salad featuring creamy dressing and crunchy pecans, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of grapes (red and green)
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep the grapes. Start by washing and drying the grapes, then slice them in half.
  2. Mix the creamy base. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Coat the grapes. Add the halved grapes to the mixture, stirring gently to coat them well.
  4. Add the crunch. Fold in the chopped pecans to add flavor and texture.
  5. Chill and serve. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is softened before mixing for a smooth texture. You can substitute Greek yogurt with sour cream if needed. Adding a squeeze of fresh lemon juice enhances the flavor.
