Delicious and customizable ground beef tacos that bring warmth and joy to the table.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 taco shells
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, then let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture and top with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftover beef mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Tacos can be paired with Mexican rice or refried beans.
