A quick and easy dish featuring succulent shrimp sautéed in a buttery lemon and garlic sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it begins to foam and bubble.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Cook the shrimp by adding them to the skillet, cooking until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper, stirring gently to coat the shrimp.
  5. Cook for another minute to combine the flavors.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
