Frozen Yogurt Bark

A delightful treat combining Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, and optional nuts for a refreshing snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet.
  4. Top with fresh fruits, nuts, and granola.
  5. Freeze for about 120-240 minutes until firm.
  6. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store leftover bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Use flavored yogurt or dairy-free alternatives for variation.
