Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fruit juice (e.g., orange juice, apple juice)
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (e.g., berries, sliced bananas, or diced peaches)
  • 12 tablespoons sweetener (e.g., honey, sugar, or agave syrup, optional)
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Combine juice and sweetener in a bowl and mix until well blended.
  2. Add fresh fruit of your choice into the juice mixture.
  3. Fill the popsicle molds with the fruity concoction, leaving space for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into each mold and place them in the freezer upright.
  5. Remove popsicles by running warm water over the molds and gently pulling them out.

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider using coconut milk or yogurt. You can layer different fruit juices in the molds for a colorful effect.
