A creamy and spicy dip made with cheese and jalapenos, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix everything together until it’s well combined and smooth.
  5. Transfer the creamy mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if using. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
