A comforting peach cobbler that blends sweet, juicy peaches with a buttery, crisp topping, creating a cozy indulgent experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Toss until coated, then pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix the flour, milk, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.

Notes

Great served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
