White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Buttery cookies with a delightful crunch from macadamia nuts and creamy white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
  6. Stir in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
  9. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

Enjoy these cookies warm, paired with milk or coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
