A delightful dessert featuring crispy fried coating with cold, creamy ice cream inside, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Ice cream (your favorite flavor)
  • Cornflakes or crushed nuts
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Scoop ice cream into small balls and freeze until firm.
  2. Crush cornflakes or nuts and mix with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Roll the ice cream balls in flour, dip them in beaten eggs, and coat with the cornflake mixture.
  4. Freeze the coated balls for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer, then fry the ice cream balls until golden.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

Serve with chocolate or caramel sauce, berry compote, or a sprinkle of nuts. Best enjoyed fresh but can be frozen for later frying.
