Delicious and easy-to-make grilled chicken kabobs, perfect for summer cookouts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a spacious bowl.
  3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss until coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Grab your skewers and thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion, alternating each piece.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Allow the kabobs to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Cut vegetables to a similar size as the chicken for even cooking.
