A rich and gooey dessert featuring layers of chocolate, marshmallows, and a crunchy crust, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made chocolate pie crust
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). If you’re not using a pre-made crust, grease your 9-inch pie dish well.
  2. Combine the granulated sugar, light brown sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips gently.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the chocolate pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until set on the edges, but still soft in the center.
  7. Cool the pie completely on a wire rack.
  8. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings over the top before serving.

Notes

Make sure ingredients are at room temperature for the best texture. Let the pie cool fully before serving.
