Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 large box strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Create the pretzel crust by crushing the pretzel sticks and mixing them with melted butter and granulated sugar. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool completely.
  4. Whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping and spread this mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  5. Prepare the strawberry layer by dissolving the strawberry Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water. Add the sliced strawberries and stir gently to combine. Pour this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Chill the entire dish in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For better crust, press the pretzel mixture firmly. Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
